At Shear 21, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. We take pride in offering carefully selected hair extensions, wigs, styling tools, and beauty essentials.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, please review our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Human hair bundles
Lace closures and frontals
Wigs and hairpieces
Hair care products
Hair styling tools and accessories
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to selecting an incorrect length, texture, color, density, or product variation.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, specifications, and order details carefully before completing their purchases.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If Shear 21 sends an incorrect item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, we want the opportunity to make things right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible and provide:
Your full name
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage
Please retain the original packaging and avoid using, altering, installing, or chemically processing the product while your claim is being reviewed.
Claims will be evaluated individually.
Store Credit for Verified Order Issues
For eligible issues determined to be the result of an error by Shear 21 or our fulfillment partners, we may offer store credit toward a future Shear 21 purchase.
Store credit may be issued for an appropriate amount based on the verified issue and communicated to the customer following review.
Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, or other remedy, those rights will be honored.
Non-Returnable Products
Except where required by law or expressly authorized by Shear 21, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been:
Installed, worn, or used
Washed or chemically processed
Cut, colored, bleached, or otherwise altered
Removed from their original packaging or protective seals
Damaged after delivery through improper handling or care
Hair textures and appearances may vary slightly due to lighting, styling, and natural characteristics of human hair.
Minor variations that do not constitute a product defect are not grounds for a return or exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders enter our fulfillment process after payment verification.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.
If a cancellation is approved before shipment, any refund owed will be returned to the original payment method.
This does not affect cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Refunds will be issued when required by applicable law or otherwise expressly approved by Shear 21.
When a refund is issued, it will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send products back without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized shipments may not be accepted or eligible for store credit.
If a return is necessary to resolve a verified issue, Shear 21 will provide instructions.
